Increase in number of call centers

a few year ago we rarely heard about call center.and if we see now ,we have got many.if you happen to come out on the road at night you are sure to see the cabs on the move.we can find them in the morning hours also , but at night time the number is increased .i agree that they are a sign of development but are there any dissadvantages of it? i'm niether supporting it, nor against it.

The number of call centers here in the Philippines is vast, almost all the buildings have a few floors of call centers. The advantage is brought is that there are plenty of college students and college graduates who easily gets a job as the requirements are often minimal and they provide training to successful applicants. The disadvantage is the risk of developing health problems, the human body should be able to sleep at least 8 hours at night when the sorroundings is quiet but most call center agents sleep in the morning therefore their sleep is often disrupted by the noise around them.
