I couldn't quite understand what you're trying to say, but do you mean that there are some people who like to make fun of Obese people? Yes there are jerks around but, a person shouldn't worry about others may say but be concerned about their own health. Being obese increases the risk of developing other diseases, if you know someone who is obese encourage them to lose weight not for the sake of appearance but for their health.
