I'm not overly fond of chocolate .. but I do like a nibble of something chocolatey now and then .. and when I do I buy single origin chocolate .. they are a little more expensive that supermarket chocolate .. but there are some really superb ones from South America .. fine delicate chocolate with out all the 'clagginess' that commercial chocolate seems to have these days ...
