Do you think Big Idea productions sold out in editing the God out of their cartoons for network TV?

Part of their agreement with the network was to take the God Made You Special and He Loves You Very Much content out. You can read more at the Big Idea website. I'm pretty neutral to the whole thing, myself. Love Veggie Tales. Happy they're on TV. OK with the compromise.

What is the point of a Big Idea productions putting Veggie tales on TV with out God?This says something about where Big Idea's motives lie. There are plenty of shows out there that tell kids to just be nice because it is the nice thing to do. Veggie Tales stooped to their level when they are loaded with the truth of God's Word. God is against compromise and Big Idea will not be rewarded for taking God out of something he was using for His glory and honor.

My children love this show and I think it is a great idea to have shows like this for children, I hope they never edit the God out.

I'm not too happy about it, but with all the different religions and opinions I suppose it was almost needed to do. People get offended when church and church like things are placed upon their impressionable children's minds. I suppose it is still a good thing that the children are taught that they are loved and why they are loved. They just aren't taught that God loves them.
