there are many diet aides that claim to help the loss of fat- but its best not to depend on aides. work on limiting the calories you eat. of course, you should talk to your doctor and a nutritionist to find out what works best for you.
always be careful when taking diet supplements.

It all depends on how much weight you want to lose but eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as lean meat. Cut down on bread and instead of white bread, eat grain or wholemeal bread. Drink plenty of water. Reduce the amount of fat and sugars you eat. Exercise every day.
If you do these things you will lose weight and remember that it is better to lose the weight gradually as that way you are more likely to keep it off.

You might find that herbal teas such as chamomile will make you feel relaxed at times when you would otherwise eat, that fennel seeds chewed slowly will stave off hunger pangs, and that green tea will help you assimilate your food properly, but there is no fast herbal fix for weight loss. Planning you calorie intake and expenditure will help more than any pill in the world, but herbs can help make the journey more enjoyable.

I did the south beach diet. I think its a great diet because it is a lifestyle. The first 2 weeks are very hard, because you can not have any carbs, but I lost 12 lbs in those 2 weeks. The next 2 weeks are slowly introducing good carbs and sugar, and you will lose a few more lbs. Then the final phase is meant as a way of life. They offer books, expalining the diet, recipies (which are delicious) and even a little book to carry with you that says the carb count and sugar content of almost everything, and if its ok to eat or not.

Hi! How's your weight so far? any improvements from our friend's advices here? I have no problem with gaining weight because I am very good at loosing it, lol. Maybe it's because of my lifestyle or eating habits or my "avoid getting fat" principle. :)
Anyways, I saw your post and see the urgency to contribute to the reduction, if not, total elimination of the cause of your dilemma here. Look at it whatever you would like to , but I strongly recommend you to take Hoodia Gordonii. the best way to loose wait by maybe having fast for i week or so and indulge yourself in some physical activities i would prefer to follow this rather than taking some herbs which may sometime prove fatal

Better than herbal is this grandma's treatment. Just pour one teaspoon(10 ML) pure and fresh honey in one glass of warm water, mix it and drink in the early morning in empty stomach for atleast a month. Reduce fat/sugar intake. Exercise moderately. You will find the change towards betterment.
