do the vegetarian drink milk and eat eggs?

From what I understand. There are two types. Vegetarians who just don't eat meat. Then you have Vegans who do not eat meat or any by-product of an animal.
Personally I'm not either but have known people who are. I'm sure you will get a response from one or the other.

You are correct! Even though there are really more types :) Some eat fish, some eat chicken, some just eat less meat and say they are. The two you provided are the main definitions, but people like me consider themselves vegetarian even though they eat fish.

yes they drink milk but not eggs because eggs r living beings but milk is not

well i dont really know bout this, but i think there is two type of vegetarian. One Fully vegetarian doesnot eat these things, and semi vegetarian which eat these things

hmm.. i just learnt that i am an ovolacto vegan.. thnx for tht info.. i do eat egg cause the eggs we get r not fertilized and so even if u incubate them u will not get chicks.. and so i do not consider it to be non vegetarian..

There are many types of vegetarians. I am vegan. I do not eat any meat or meat products like milk and eggs. And I don't eat fish or poultry type meats either.
Lacto-ovo vegan eat milk products and eggs.
Semi-vegans are those who are mostly vegetarians but eat fish, poultry or only eat meat on certain days or occasions.
I don't like the taste or feel of meat, never have.
