They say we all have psychic abilities, do you think then that we all could be born Mediums?

I believe all people are born with psychic abilities, but Mediumship has to be developed. There is a difference between tapping into your psychic senses and communicating with Spirit. Working with a Certified Medium, development classes and home circles is a great way to begin.

Yes, of course that's very possible. It's all a matter of embracing the idea that we could be or are born with psychic abilities. You don't necessarily need to be religious, in fact it has nothing to do with that. If you've experienced deja vu, or dreams..... well there is something there!

i beleive we do all have psychic abilities but whether we tap into them and develop them or choose to block them is another matter....
As for us all being mediums does this not depend on how our guides choose to work with us?
Some people have excellent healing abilities but cannot speak with spirits, others get messages all the time, some people have the abilities to comminuate and help thru their work, like drawing or writing.

I am a psychic medium and yes we are all born with the gifts although some are stronger due to them using it more.

I think we've all got mediumistic abilities, but most people lose them when they grow into adults. If we can remain open minded towards things, I think it's possible to hang onto those abilities.
I had a strong image last year at the beginning of the Wimbledon tennis championships that Amelie Mauresmo would win it. I was absolutely CERTAIN. And she did. I wish I'd bet on it!
It felt different to just having a feeling about something. Does that mean I have the same qualities a medium has? Or a fortune teller? Or was it something else?

I think that humans have..or at least had...another sense or two that has been dulled through lack of use. I believe that as children most people have reminents of this extra sense, like in the way that young children seem to instantly dislike some people for no apparent reason. As children grow and don't get any positive reinforcement of the ability because the grown up around them are oblivous, I think the ability fades. I think that all humans likely start with the ability, but its kind of been beaten out of us. I think Christianity is largely to blame...but thats a whole other topic. =P
