My discussions were deleted!!!!

MyLot often deletes discussions that do not meet their guidelines. For more info on guidelines check here: http://www.mylot.com/o/guidelines.aspx

I think they delete discussions that are against the rules. However, I've had at least a couple of discussions deleted that were within the rules. So who knows how they decide what should be deleted.

If your discussion will be low quality then your discussion will be deleted.

One of my responses vanished yesterday. I don't understand why this happened as my response would have been quite helpful to the person who had posted the topic. As it was, my response was too long to type it all again, so I just left it.

May be because it was one word answer discussion or may be it breaks mylot rule.

It might due to you responses to or start a discussions that against mylot guidelines if you were sure you didn't post any one word responses.

Your discussions or comments were deleted because you responded to topics that violated myLot rules and regulations. You should read the myLot rules about what is and what is not appropriate. You will lose your comments, discussions and ratings if you respond or create discussions that myLot does not like.

Probably they didn't follow the guidelines.

The discussion you responded to must not have been in line with what My Lot allows. There are specific rules put out by my lot and I know they are long. I do not have them memorized either. I think we should try to abide by them as much as possible so we will not lose points in our discussions. I am sure I have responded to many that were deleted only because I did not pay attention to the topic. Just keep trying to respond to good discussions that meet the guidlines of My Lot.

I honestly don't have the first clue. You would have to ask the mods...just thought of this tho, did they get deleted or moved back a few pages due to other people's posts?
