It depends on how you see it and look at it. But most of the time it's art mostly in old paintings.

No its not a part of ART, but i think artist like this because they says many thing to use this part in their art. Because in india they r inspire by khudroos mandir & in that temple we learn lot of thing not only art even relationship also.
