Losing 40lbs

I've been trying so hard to lose weight for quite some time now, last summer I was able to lose about 50 pounds, but since them they've found me again. I will begin again tomorrow on my venture to drop the 50 pounds yet again, ths time to hopefully keep it off. I will certainly let every know what works when it works! Good luck to all out there trying to drop a few pounds.
