Why do guys fall for an older woman?

I'm about 7 years older then my fiancee(I'm a gal by the way lol). When we first started dating, this obnoxious woman friend of his uncle gave him a load of cr*p telling my fiancee that he should date someone his age, I was too old (I'm 34 he's 27), and she was like 45 and is really a loud mouth and obnoxious. He didn't want to start any problems, so basically kept his mouth shut, but did say he found girls his age weren't very mature, had no direction and such. Fortunately his grandmother and mother chimed in and nicely put the loud mouth in her place. But, I'd have to say that's probably what the attraction is for most guys, the experience and the already been there and done that attitude you usually get with an older woman and man for that matter. Usually, a person who's slightly older isn't looking to play games and is a bit more serious-USUALLLY not always :)

Love is a great feeling which has to be expressed. If you find it true, never fail to convey, thats a tribute to the love in real.Yes am in true love and its a feeling of happiness life long.

i like your discussion...im 4 years older than my husband but really age was never a problem of ours...i guess guys find older women attractive because older women are more understanding and sound minded than if they date same age.

For me what really attracts me with older women is how they handle life,and face life. Usually their very sexy, and straight forward. How they carry themself,the way they think, and the way they talk, and their attitude in life. But most of all is their character. Have a nice day!

because older woem have lots of experience.they are fully mature.so,they can understand the man very well than the younger one. in my opninion choose a older one is always good than the younger one.and the relationship with older women can go longer than the younger.the older women has all type of exerience like cooking,how to take care of man,what to do make man happy??that why man choose older woman mostly and vice cersa

women appear more mature as they grow. they become more curvier with hints of flesh at the right spots. so, i think young guys get more attracted to them.with the new breed or generation of girls trying to be ultra slim, big b**bed and mature women are an obvious choice...

Today you have many women 35+ who will date men 10+ years younger, and more and more younger men are pursuing older women. Sure that makes many say that there must be alot of single younger women. But times have changed. As older women date younger men and it has become more acceptable than in the past, younger women are NOT dating older men like in the past. This is where you will have alot of single men say over 35, I use that as the average age of an older guy who is single, and I will bet that most men over 40 have been single for a very long time or will be. So yes there may be an equal number of available younger women, but most of them will not date an older guy. Is just how the times have changed. 20 years ago or even 10 years ago, women dated older men, now that is a rare case and actually is frowned upon more. My experience with this is, I was walking in the Eaton Centre here with a co-worker who is younger than me, she said to me "Why are some people looking at me and giving me dirty looks" and I told her "because you are with an older guy" and is true. Even if an older guy is talking to a younger woman, many deem that as wrong because the first thought is "He is a pig, she is too young for him"

I don't know.... a woman is always a woman.... a woman fascinates and attracts because of her beauty, intelligence, talent, liking.... there are a lot of reasons to fall in love for. I remember that when I was 18 (many many years ago) I fell in love for a woman older than me. She was my first girlfriend. In truth I was very shy, and I had problem to have love affairs with girls of my age, my generation is different from yours and it was rellay difficult to date a girl, instead this woman (older than me) saw me in a supermarket and started to speak with me and so we could meet. I went to her house a pair of times and then she told me that she fell in love for me and that she wanted to be my girlfriend. So, in my case, she decided to start our story because I was too shy, the girls of my age were not broadminded like her.

Maybe they find them more feminine ? You know older woman is fully grown up and woman younger than them doesn't . Or they find older woman more mature in thoughts and on their out look .

Stability, wisdom, experience, just basic attraction. There are lots of reasons. I am in love with a great guy that is a lot older than I am and we don't notice a difference. Once in a while, I hear some snide comment, but for the most part, people see how happy we are and leave us alone.

the fact that they have their life in order and they know wht they want and know wht there looking for. they also have alot of experance in different areas. u can always learn something new form them. they've done with all tht childish things, more mitture.

hi , i m one of the guy who always attracted towards older women,i dont know the exact reason but i think one reason is that my like guy choose mature n inteligent girl that attrcted towards them a older women n older women has its own charm that attract the whole nature because it give something to nature .
