well at first you wanted a better paying job, then you'll probably be looking for great perks the company will be including as you become an employee... and the biggest reason i think for leaving your job as to what happened to me....is having no good working relationship with your boss...

ya...i feel the same...that its because of ur boss, people leave the job.

Mostly I left my jobs because of circumstances in my life: graduating college, having a baby, getting married. When I was in high school I left jobs just because I didn't like them, but I learned to deal with it and work through my frustrations to stay at a job.

When I do leave a job, I just don't like it anymore or it's just too much for me. I think some people do the same thing too.
