Fast and Easy recipes the kids can help with?

Hi just wondering if anyone out there has any fun fast and easy recipes. Ones that the kids can help out with and maybe not get to messy. If you do please do share them with me here.

if your going to be cooking with kids, if you ask me any recipe is a recipe for disaster lol!

LOL...possible but I want to include my kids in the fun of cooking and teach them as well.

I have a 4 yrs old daughter, and she likes to bake. At the grocery store, you can buy a ready to cook muffin or cake, at least this is more easier to do and to make. Then you can buy also a pack of those tiny round candies or chocolates to put as toppings, then bake it to the oven. Well, i know this isnt really a real meal but then just if you want to do something together with the kids.
