How embarassing is that?? My alarm went off this morning and I rolled over to turn it off....but I was already on the edge of the bed...so off I went!!! I was still half asleep so I just sat there and my husband started freaking...

filchi Yes i did long time ago, i was dreaming i am going to fall so i did fall at the top of my aunt as she was sleeping in the lower bed...not bad but i made my aunt scared!

filchi Before i tried to pluck it but it really hurts,so shaving is much more comfortable and i do it every day after shower.

filchi Yes it is really hard to drink lots of water like 8 glasses a day, but why dont you drink fresh milk instead sometimes or fresh juices. I did not really drink 8 glasses of water per day but as long as you drink something i guess it is ok.

filchi For me, it depends if i bring my little girls easier for me to use the lift and when going down stairs actually its ok to use the stairs than waiting for the elevator. But using lift is really easier when there are groceries or heavy loads in your hands.
