My Most Precious Moment in Life
Hello,
The Other day a friend asked me " Hi wahat is the most precious moment in your life?" For a moment I was bewildered. I told him " Look, every moment I lived through all these years is precious to me" He won't agree " Jus the Most precious one, tell me tomorrow!"
His awakward(?)question started ringing in my mind as I returned home. I took a nice cool shower, had a couple of Vodka with lemon and a light supper. Went early to bed to find an answer for my friend. Lying on my back I was staring at the monotonously revolving ceilig fan trying to recollect evry special moment in my past. nHundreds of moments came to me, but none convinced me!
The light went off all of a sudden and darkness engulfed my tiny bedroom. Only the creeking noise of the slowing down fan filled the air.I thougt I was in a futile exercise.
Suddenly a bright becon of light splashed in my mind. 'Yes,this is the most precious moment of your life' someone told me from within.
Years back, one fine Sunday morning around 7 I entered the hospital payward where my wife was admitted for delivery of our first child. The nurse whom i met outside had told me taht I had become the proud father of a baby girl. As I went in I saw my wife lying on the bed covered up to the neck, the baby beside her wrapped in soft yellow woolens. She looked at my eyes and smiled without saying a word. The most beautiful smile I ever had seen! Oh! the whole world bloomed around me, for I felt the true fragrance of LOVE in that few seconds, a great moment in life which comes to you only once in lifetime.Thousands thoughts sprang in me. Was she acknowledging my manhood? Was she enjoying the pride of being a complete woman? Was she heartily welcoming her motherhood? ...and so on. Farnkly, i did not look at the Baby. I sat next to her and kissed her forehead softly as I could, what filled my heart at that moment I still don't know! The most precious moment of my life indeed! I never asked her why she smiled and said nothing, for I knew she wouldn't have known either!
Thinking back, I could have written volumes of pages on that moment of my life. Assure You, one day I will! But SHE is not in this world to read those!
Would you tell me your Moment Of life?

Well, good for you. My moment would be when I gave birth to my daughter, it was the most challenging thing in the world and I can't believe I've don't it. She's my pride and joy.
