I don't eat breakfast as well but I know its not the right diet. It should be..eat lots on breakfast and little in the evening. Anyway, what makes me eat in the morning? I don't eat a lot in the evening. I only eat fruits before 6PM and it really works!

I would recommend you to eat breakfast because breakfast is the first meal and it keeps a person healthy. The enzymes, hormones, chemicals, etc will be imbalanced if we did not eat the breakfast and keep us unhealthy. Try taking fruit juices or vegetables juicies or soups in the morning and lot of soups if you wanted really to skip breakfast.

When I am going to work, I always eat breakfast beforehand. On the weekends, I sometimes skip breakfast because I stay up later and get up later and hubby brings home lunch! LOL

I eat breakfast every morning. You can take a little bit at a time, until you get used to it. Good luck Sandie. What kind of a diet?

I only eat breakfast when I actually have time to cook something, or I can get something at a resturant. The best way to get use to eating breakfast is to find something you like and eat it! It doesn't matter if its a normal breakfast food, as long as you eat something, another thing to remember if you are trying to diet is eat more in the morning (breakfast) and afternoon, make dinner a small meal because your not as likely to burn it off.
Good luck with your diet!

I was that way too. I made myself eat something small and drink something every morning just to get myself use to eating, try doing that, even if it's just a small peice of fruit or handfull of cereal. YOu have to get your mind and body use to eating when you get up.

I don't ususally eat breakfast in the morning. Ususally if I eat too early I feel sick, so I end up having a snack around 10:30. I also don't like most breakfast food such as toast and cereal so if I do eat it is uaually something like yogourt or fruit.

I never ate breakfast before either. When I did I always got very hungry before lunch. I found out that eating will increase your metabolism a bit and that's why I was so hungry before lunch. I also found out that I was not eating the right things for breakfast - all carbs will make you hungry faster too. I now use ediets.com and it gives me great balanced meals. I actually eat a lot of food, it's good, I'm not hungry, and I'm losing weight.

Right now I am on an omelette kick. I put cheese and portabella mushrooms in it. SO good! I've been eating this with a fruit and at least 8 ounces of water. I'm knew to the whole eating breakfast thing but I think I am doing really good. I feel better. :)

My husband eats breakfast every morning but I am not a breakfast person. When i do eat breakfast, it is sausage gravy and biscuits or fruit. Good luck with your goal of eating breakfast.

Hi pal, how is your diet going? I was advised by my doctor over a year ago when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes that I MUST have breakfast every day as I had pretty much skipped it my entire adult life. I now make the effort to have cereal every morning and it's really quite easy at work as they actually provide free cereal for staff as a perk. I do sometimes forget to bother with breakfast at the weekend but end up eating a main meal at around 11am. x
