do you think David beckam should be included in england team?

I understand what McClaren is doing and admire him for that but David Beckham is still a great player and he should be in the squad, even if he's not one of the starting 11. We do have to make way for new players who will be the future as when it comes to Euro 2008 these are who we'll be relying on. At the moment we have Hargreaves and Lennon injured so I say bring Beckham back as I don't think that Wright-Philips should be ahead of him. He isn't a team player, David Beckham is.

beckham should be allowed to play for engalnd..he was in a great form during world cup.. and suddenly for no reason he was kicked out of the team...that was not fair..engalnd failed the world cupo not bcos of him...it was a wrong move and the coach will regret it!

The guy is still a real force to content with. You can ignore David Becks at your own peril, they tried to sideline him in Madrid but they had stick to him and he helped Madrid win the tropy last year!

I don't understand how Macca is going back and asking Scholes to join and stand by leaving Becks out when he wanted 'evolution' rather rehashing of old players. I love Scholes myself, he's great, I think he'd feed off well with Rooney in England, though is it the right direction? I think Becks deserves a place in England, if it's not in the starting line up. However his influence is massive, can you fit a player like that in a team without conflict? I think the balance right now is just fine if we keep bloody Phill Neville out!

nope... england squad need changing player .. that why mclaren did it ... need new fresh player to the team.. beckham i think can be included start from the bench ...but for the 1st eleven i think nope ... if crouch play beckham should play too becoz bekcham cross still among the best in the world .... with tall player and beauty cross ... to get goal very more easily....just my opinion

oh yes ,becks deserves a place in the side.particularly when lampard's not doing any good to the national team.becks & crouch will be a lethal combo.Becks should be a part of the team.

i think he can longer contribute to the england team as he used to do..i will say his days are over

y when he was out if he is out then england is doing rong job and it will harm their team as without beckham the team is totally weak
