It took mine about a week. They could be behind because of the holidays though and backlogged. I would say that if you don't hear anything from them by tomorrow, email the content reviewer. It should tell you who is reviewing your work. Just ask him/her if there is a problem with the submission and let them know that you would appreciate knowing what is going on. I hope this helps.
