help with losing weight!

OH wow I wish I lived where you live. I have to lose about 100 pounds and I don't know where to start. I don't know where to get the motivation from. I just don't know where to start. I don't know how to get myself into the mindset to do this. I need help. Does anyone have any advice. A great diet perhaps??

i lost 35 lbs a couple years ago just buy eating subs and salads.. but on subs i ate wheat bread and no cheese or mayo(fattening dressings) on my salad i did low fat ranch.. also grilled chicken and steamed vegetables can make you lose weight so fast.. but ive only done that for about a weeks time. so im not sure how this three month thing will be..

The best and healthiest way to lose fat is to eat lots of vegetables, drink plenty of water. Apples and water together are supposed to be appetite suppressants. Green tea has antioxidants called catechins that boosts the metabolism. It also helps lower bad cholesterol. Eat hot spicy chili regularly at least three times a week. The capsaicin help suppress the appetite. Get exercise too

First thing I would do is actually look at the biggest loser website online. They give tips and if you want you can join it. I can't post the link because my rating is not high enough. But I did my profile and it gave me my ideal weight, bmi and how many calories I should take. I would follow some sort of structured exercise program if I was in a contest. Also I would work out both aerobically and with weights. They say early morning is the best time to work out. I lost alot of weight one time before and I used to go workout before work. I have to lose according to the profile I just did with the biggest loser website 95 pounds or more. I wish you the best of luck with this and I hope you win. One other thing, my daughter sent me a message to join this thing called facebook. I am going to join one of the online support groups for weight loss so you might want to try something like that just for moral support.

I would just eat healthy, eat 500 calories less than you do, don't eat junk food, only healthy food, and excersize and do cardio to burn more calories than you have eaten that day. But you have to eat, otherwise you will burn your musce doing the excercises. Swimming is a good cardio, and healthyf or you, and running is to. Run a mile at first everyday, then move up to 2, and etc... Probably about every month, move up. You can always get those premade healthy meals that come with breakfeast lunch, and dinner. Oh and always eat breakfeast, i've heard that not eating it will put on more pounds. Just do what I said, or a mixture of what soem other people ahve said and you will be set!!!

eat lowfat yogurt..i read that you lose 61 percent more body fat if you eat yogurt in your diet than those who dont eat yogurt..im stockin up on yogurt!..your suppose to get 3 servings a day
