so im in this competition locally its kinda like the biggest loser.. the person that loses the most body fat percentage wins 800 bucks second place gets 500.. i start in two days what the best way to lose the most amount of weight...

ilovetheroos eat lowfat yogurt..i read that you lose 61 percent more body fat if you eat yogurt in your diet than those who dont eat yogurt..im stockin up on yogurt!..your suppose to get 3 servings a day

i can tell you at first i was a little worried but then we met in a busy store where there are lots of people. I used to joke with him that he has a dead body in his trunk and he has a voice changer..lol at first it was scary then...

ilovetheroos oh i really loved working there it was good times..i was paid really well also..i was pretty much the store manager..yea that was me..Janel Store manager thats what my nametag said it was sweet

i used to always go for the best deal but over the years i really find you get what you pay for... the expensive stuff tends to last alot longer and or performs at a much higher level.. how do u live your life?

ilovetheroos yes i always do tidy up..im use to working retail so i know how it feels to have to clean up a giant mess..at least if you knock something over pick it up!..i once even colorized some racks at walmart lol

ilovetheroos herbalife has a really good program..you drink two protein shakes and than eat one meal..my friend has lost over 15 pnds on it and 10 of t hat was in one month..if you want to go the old fashioned way i would recommend eating alot of fruits and veggies and...

which teams will make it to the finals? despite the loss of ben wallace i find that the pistons will make it. they still are deadly offensively and really arent too bad defensively.. as for the west im rooting for the nuggets...

ilovetheroos as long as you are both ready for the commitment it will take than go for it..i had my first son at 17 it wasnt easy but im surviving..as long as you both as a couple are ready than do it
