Parenthood is the most joyous experience of one's lofe.Before having babies one must be mentally and financially prepared besides the age factor,because babies require utmost love and care and should be treated with patience and proper knowledge of rearing. As far as the age is concerned I would prefer to have babies between 24 and 29 years of age when you are young ,healthy and at the the same time are mature enough to take care of the most precious member of the family.

Definately, when the lady is in her 20's.With advancing age it becomes very difficult to run around kids, and have the persistent patience that is required, in bringing up children.
