Is Flight sim X better than Flight sim 2004 (worth upgrading??)

Is it worth me getting the new version of Microsoft Flight simulator X when I already have Flight sim 2004???

If you have a better hardware then upgrading is really worth with new graphic files and scenaries it pushes the graphics to its end and almost looks realistic
