NRI's good or bad for the nation. / myLot

here's question which i always wanted to know.are NRI's any help to there country or not.I think they care of themselves and not for there nation.whats your thought??

i think u cant tell all nri's r bad.there are also many nri's who r helping india.look at lakshmi mittal.he is helping india in many ways.he is also helping the athletes by his trust.

I think the same. NRI's dont care for nation. They are useless people. I am myself an NRI but I am the only NRI who think of going back to India and do something for India. Others all want to stay were they are and don't want to do anything for the nation.

NRIs are back bone of India's foreign exchange reserves. During 1970's when India had problem of balance of payments, it is the NRIs who made huge remittances in US$ to India, though now India does not depend heavily on them, they do contribute to India's foreign exchange reserves.
