Who is your favorite winner of all the american Idol?

Well even though Chris Daughtry hadn't won.. I still think of him as my favorite even though he didn't come out on top on that show.. I just feel if he had won he would have turned out being American Idol's puppet for three years.. So in away I'm glad that he hadn't won.. I just feel he is doing so much better on his own.. I think the reason I became hooked to American Idol all over again was because of Chris's style of music.. He always was able to sing something that stood out for me. And it still sticks with me to this very day.

I like Taylor Hicks, he has passion and there is certain charisma in him when he performs. He has nice quality of voice. I also like Kelly Clarkson and her songs were good, i am fond of that type of music.

Kelly Clarkson is definitely my favorite, too. I think it would be really hard to top her, but I'm looking forward to seeing this season, maybe this year's winner will be even better.

winner...i would like Taylor Hicks more. but i agree with you, i was routing for Chris as well. it was either him or Taylor that i wanted to win, mostly because they weren't the typical idol...like the past they were more R&B, then it went Country...so i kinda wanted a rocker in there.

I have to agree with you! I like Kelly but I've heard she's become conceited with all her fame. I don't know, I still like her music though. I also totally agree Chris will be bigger than Taylor Hicks.

For actual Idol winner it would be Kelly. She is way too good to not love her and she has been able to shed the Idol image. However, in season 3, I think America screwed up big time when they put Fantasia, Jennifer Hudson, and LaToya London in the bottom 3. All of them could flat out sing and they should have all been in the top 4, and then the top 3, oh wow, that was pathetic, Jasmine Trias and Dianna Digarmo equals NO! LaToya had such a beautiful and powerful voice, and of course Jennifer Hudson is a powerhouse and thankfully got her dues with Dreamgirls. In Season 5, I thought Mandisa was phenominal. Powerhouse. Chris Daughtry also was good and it's nice to see him doing well. But overall, through all seasons, an actuall winner would not be my favorite, those would be Jennifer Hudson and Mandisa!

I liked Kelly and Carrie out of all of the winners. I really liked Chris and was rooting for him over Taylor last year.

I agree about Chris. He is big time singer. Tylor is passion and funny. Chris is much better. He is my all time favorite.

Its gonna be Kelly.Kelly.Kelly Clarkson!.She is the reason why i am converted to be an American Idol fan. And as far as i know no other American Idol can beat what Kelly Clarkson has accomplished. From top selling album to billboard topping hits, no one as in no one has surpassed Kelly. Go Kelly!!!

I love Taylor Hicks. I don't know, but there's something different about him that's why I like him. I also love Elliot Yamin even though he did not win.

My favourite would be Kelly Clarkson too. She has great voice. I love her singing and her personality too. Also a bonus to her, she's beautiful.

I would have to say Kelly Clarkson, but I to loved Chris Daughtry last year. I still think he should have one it! I didnt like Taylor Hicks personally. I also liked Bo Bice, and Ace though they didnt win either.

I really like Carrie Underwood. Taylor was my favorite his entire season. I really like Kelly too when I first heard her sing I got the goosebumps.

My favorite of all time wasn't a winner but Chris Daughtry has been my favorite so far, I also just bought his CD this weekend. It is very good I hope he makes a long good career for himself.

Carrie Underwood and Chris Daughtry are my favorite. But I really think there are a lot from last season that are going to go further then any of the winners.

I think even my american idol is kelly clarkson as she is performing a great task there and ofcourse she has a beautiful voice. Even i have the album of Chris it is too good

Ruben has always been my favorite. Even though he is not in the spotlight at this time he still had the best voice of all the winners so far.

the 5 american idols are all superb, but still no one has achieved the success of kelly. carrie underwood is second to kelly, and the new artist as she is, she has gotten numerous awards already, including the recent award she got in the country music awards. but as to popularity, kelly is the winner. fantasia's almost there. taylor's still has got to go a long way since he's so new to the industry. reuben's, um, no comment!

I always thought Tamyra Gray should have won season 1. But Kelly is doing very well now and I do like her songs. And yes, Chris Daugtry has an awesome voice for rock.
