How many hours do u spend on the computer in a week?

60 to 70 hours I think .

must manage your time and especially your non work time. You should only allow so much non-work time. And the only extension is for when all other tasks are complete.

I am generally on here form about 10 am until 2am. Of course I take breaks and catch my evening shows but typically I live rightr in this seat lol
