Have you seen the Secret and have you been thinking about it?

Well, that is kind of my point... What about putting a discussion/study group together, a member group who shares idea, tips & story's to get the best out of living with the universal laws and make use of them to benefit the highest purpose, are you with me? I hope to see as well a lot of posts overhere... ;-)

Meditation works wonders for me. I started meditating after I was diagnosed with panic disorder. At first it was hard to clear my mind and focus on one thing (like a color) but now I can sustain a trance for a long time without falling asleep. It's in this trans-state that I give myself affirmations to stay positive. I was doing the gratitude thing before I even saw the movie. (I call it "Saying My Thankies") After I found out about the Secret, I just added applying the LOA to my life to the list. Now whenever I start getting upset, I take a few minutes to relax, clear my head and remember all my intentions. Also, it helps to think of your brain as a computer. Consider negative thoughts as broken/bad code. Imagine you're a "bio-programmer" and just interrupt the program and insert good code/positive thoughts in place of the bad ones. Allow yourself to acknowledge the feelings but don't dwell on them. I know it sounds silly and hard at first, but once you condition/reprogram yourself to think like this, it becomes a habit. Hello, i have seen the movie, it`s kinda interesting but lot of what they say in that movie you can find in book, and even more, from authors like : Omar Kaiam, Osho, or S. N. Lazarev . But still it`s a good movie to watch and even learn something from it.

Hi I've heard about all of them, and you are right, in fact the Secret IS just an intro, but very nicely done.. it vizualizes what actually happens when you have a thought, emotion or anything like.. Many people are totally not aware of some scientific facts regarding the immatterial, fact i.e. that when you sent loving thoughts, they look like radiowaves if you would measure them with technical brain equipment. When you are looking at the measurements, they have the same frequency as a Phi Spiral.. And this is very rare and wonderful, because Phi Spirals you will find everywhere throughout the Universe!! And that makes this time so very fantabulous; Science and Spirituality are coming together on a lot of insights!
