Protein Shakes anybody?

Okay, I subscribe to so many fitness magazines that tell you that protein shakes are okay to replace meals. My questions, do they really fill you up? Are they the healthy way if you want to lose weight? How often and how long should you incorporate protein shakes to your daily lifestyle? Does it really work?

It does work, but you will have to be careful with your choice of shake, so that you get the right balance of nutrients. I have found that herbalife works well for this.
As for feeling full, you will struggle a bit for the first couple of days, as your stomach adjusts, but you should be fin after that.
I have used them for six months in the past.
