Nygellz Cardio would be your best bet your stomach isn't going to get flatter from just abdominal work cardio is necessary for your results

My all time favorite when it comes to CK perfumes is CK One. Even with all those Ck perfumes out in the market, CK One is still number one for me. CK IN2U is also cool! I tried it and I am glad I did!
