I've never heard of hakka noodles either. I like chowmein and udon noodles.

I never heard of hakka noodles, what is it anyway? Chowmein is not noodles in USA, it is called LoMein instead. (Chowmein is a dish with all veggies) Anyway, I like singapore noodles.

Singapore noodles is the best also chowmein..but i prefer the singapore cos it is made with glass noodles that does'nt go all sticky and can be reheated after a while..
