So now that we have one undefeated(Boise State) team, why is there no clamor for them to be number one. Why is everyone silent about the teams that are cut out of contention by the BCS? Is it because they arent in a major conference that is making the big money from the BCS? Boise St. has as much right to claim the national championship as USC did when they weren't Champs but ESPN decided they deserved the title.

Yeah, it's a shame they were ranked 5th in the polls! They really didn't beat many "great" teams, but on the other hand I would like to see how they'd do agaisnt the likes of Florida! One day we will have a playoff, not soon but someday!

Well, unfortunately, that is the way it is a lot of the time. When the smaller no name Schools sometimes do good, there is not much recognition for them since they are a Small school. Which is a real shame if you ask me, because don't they have a right to be mentioned just like anyone else?

Well, good for them. I guess everyone deserves a chance somehow.

I don't follow sports but I find it amazing that an undefeated team is not getting the attention it deserves. It's no easy feat to be undefeated in any sport on any level. Kudos to Boise State.
