Always has been, always will be, the Millenium Falcon. Though I like alot of other ships in the films, usually piloted by the Rebels. X-Wing and Snowspeeder in particular. And I like the Slave 1 as well. But ya can't beat the Falcon!

It's actually quite difficult to choose ONE Star Wars ship as one's favorite; they're all so well-designed and have timeless lines and exciting features. And although I still choose the X-Wing, Han Solo's "bucket of bolts" is a sentimental favorite of mine as well.
Long live the Millennium Falcon!

Um...dude...he wasn't asking which movie is your favorite one; he was asking which ship from the Star Wars films is your favorite. Did you read the question and not understand it, or what?

Mike, as a Star Wars fan from the time the first film was released in 1977, I have to say that all the ships from that galaxy far, far away are pretty cool. From that awesome Imperial Star Destroyer we first saw chasing Princess Leia's Tantive IV in A New Hope to the Jedi Starfighters seen in Revenge of the Sith, our imaginations have taken flight and soared into fanciful dreams of excitement and adventure.
Still, my fave spacecraft is the Incom T-65C X-Wing Starfighter; its now 30-year-old design doesn't look dated or silly, unlike the spaceships done for some earlier space-set movies and TV shows.
