here is a site with a photo gallery of cards that have been made by various people...
This may give you some ideas on making your own cards, these are mainly done by using rubber stamps and bits and pieces.
Everyone appreciates a handmade card....

Thanks for that lilaclady - I have a site there too but it didn't come up in that group:(.

Lilaclady do you also do digital scrapbooking?

hello, I haven't done any digital scrapbooking, I sort of gave all my crafts away when I got my computer it is just now that since I have been doing searces for links to put on here that I got back into my card making for the special people in my life....I will check that site out thank you so much....

Thank-you lilaclady for sharing this site and keeping us up to date with things to do that are enjoyable. The using of rubber stamps on cards can be a lot different and make it more interesting.

I make cards with rubber stamps a lot, my favourite is a medium butterfly, I cut the butterfly out of thin cardboard just with a bit of silicon glue in the middle so it is actually up raised on the card, then I put just a little bit of craft glue on the wings and sprinkle a little bit of very fine glitter over it....they look very nice,,, that is my most used stamp, now I am making a lot of butterflies in advance and until I use them they are up on my wall with a little bit of blue tak .....

It has got me interested in card making again, I put all my card making materials in order just yesterday and made heeps of butterflies and glittered them up ready to use at a later date until then they decorate my room....good fun.
