I loved Steve Irvin very much, he was charming, fearless and a very devote animal lover.
It is an accepted fact that Animal Handlers do things for the camera that they would not have done in the usual course of their work.
My question is did viewer pressure or producer/ director pressure made Steve do something to impress viewers and consequently the accident happened on that fateful day.
Please opine.

i think that Steve did what he loved the most, which was to be with nature. i dont think that anyone pressured him. he loved his job and he loved sharing it with the public. nobody knew that this would happen and so he had no clue. i think it was his fate. its a horrible fate, but it was his fate that couldnt be escaped. i think his daughter Bindy is amazing little girl. i think it will be she who will carry on his legacy. what an adorable little girl. i think that his spirit lives in her now.

i miss him too, i have seen him from many years,he made me believe that wild animals are not there to kill us, but it is ust that we are at a wrong place.i am soon to join a Ph.D course in future, and i believe most of my interest in nature and science is due to him. He was king yaaar,i think god needed him, bcoz these days wild animals are killed easily and they are with god so god migh\t ned steve's help, but who told god about steve, let me find.

I wouldn't be too surprised if that is the case. But, I think Steve did pretty much what he wanted and sometimes I think he took it a little bit to the extremes. And did things anyone else wouldn't do ever. May he rests in peace.
