Increase Salary

The steep increase in salaries in recent years has been due to business/companies moving to India to reduce costs.. do u think that if salaries in India increase at the same rate we will be on par with other countries and we loose the cost advantage..

I think some countries will have to reduse numbe of people living in.

Yes, it is simple economics. There are more countries that have cheap labor. Soon the rising salaries will also increase rising spending. The spending will drive up prices and people will have to look somewhere else for cheap labor.
