Earthquakes

MI guess mny people at myLot must have experienced earthquakes. I don't live in an earthquake-prone area, and so I only experienced one once, on 11/25/88 in Canada. It was a 6, I think, and I was really surprised and frightened by it. Anyone have stories relating to earthquakes you experienced?

I have lived several earthquakes in Mexico City, Xalapa, Puebla, Acapulco, and it is not a nice experience, when you see all the things around moving, you feel a lot of fear, the best advice is to be calmed, going to the next under door frame, or going under a resistant table, or going to the exit if you can, but do not panic. I have been lucky, never injured.
