How can I get him to stop being inappropriate?

My family and I love our next door neighbors, a married couple. They are great and are always there for us when we need them. The only drawback: The husband gets touchy-feely with me sometimes, and makes offensive comments. After I had my baby in July and made a comment to the baby about nursing, Mr. Inappropriate overheard and actually touched my breast--twice!!!! Of course he apologized and tried to pretend that it was a mistake, but I'm not stupid. He's made comments about the size of my breasts before! My husband is about ready to kill the guy and I'm ready to move! Any advice? Oh, and here's the kicker: He does this all in front of his nearly 50-year-old wife and she just laughs!!! He's 38, by the way and I'm 34.

I have been in a similar situation several years back, only the guy did it without his wife's knowledge. I finally ended up writing a polite, yet poignant note to him saying that I was happily married, intended to stay that way, and although he may think its all fun and games he was making me uncomfortable with it. Most men (and their wives) will back off at that point. Anybody who doesn't needs firmer methods, whether you have to live next to him or not.
