how long u sleep???

hey how long u sleep everyday????? 5 hrs? 6 hrs??7? 8? 9? or more??hey u know guys? sleeping is very essential for the hormonal cycles in our body tell me how mnay of u sleep more thatn me(10 hrs)....cool rite?? is thyere anypne who sleeps more than me? thn after all more than the quantiyt of sleep quality is that which matters rite?

I sleep at elast 6 hours. Start from 9 and wake up at 2 or 3. ^^
I think that is the most fresh way to sleep ^^
quality is the most importand to me

I sleep almost 8-9 hours a day and i think it is a little more than my needs. I am trying it to reduce upto almost 7 hours .Yes Quality matters and Thanks God I sleep very well and take full advantages of it

i just sleep for 6-7 hours. i think this is enough for me and i feel really brisk when i get up.otherwise if i sllep more than that then i feel lazy or if i sleep less than that then i feel tired

I need 6 hours. I can;t sleep less than that
if I sleept less than that I'll sleep again in the next day. lol

I work 2 jobs and get maybe 5 hours a night of sleep. Most times that is broken up sleep so I never really sleep well... sigh...God, I'm tired..

before, when i was in med school, i was only able to sleep 3 to 5 hours a day. that's why i feel tired and exhausted everyday. rest is also important to keep your body healthy. now, since i have a less tight schedule, i am able to sleep 7 hours a day. so i guess i can't beat your 10 hours of sleep. but do take note that too much sleep can also be bad for you. more sleep means less exercise which is bad for the the body.

sleeping is one of my besty rest time which i used to spend everyday for 10 hours. but if you are sleeping for even 10 hours but not haviung any relaxation than it is of no use to sleep, but sleeping even for 6 hours with total relaxation than it is of great use. sleeping is very important for us as it acts as energy producing time.

well i sleep for almost 6 hours since i need to wake up any how at 5 am daily so sometimes it is 5 hours also

maximum
normally 8 hrs
sleeping 10 hrs a day prevents u from getting cold
