Please take the time to read and rate, atleast, the replys that come back to your posts. I know as your numbers increase, it is harder. But go back and read them. You can really have a nice discussion. Don't do it only for the money. Have fun, enjoy yourselves. Some days I only read, rate and respond. I don't get anything. But, I don't want to be rude. So, let's all try to re read our posts over and over every few days. Love ya all. Have a great day!!!

Keep up the good work. As your numbers grow and your postings increase, it is really hard. I get hundreds or thousands to reply back to daily. But, I do enjoy the discussions, even if I don't get paid.

Nothing is necessary, but if you rate them, people know that at least you read them if you don't have time to reply. Have a great day, and thank you.

I love reading the responses that people write to my discussions. Some are funny, some serious, some helpful, some get my ire up, but all get read. I rate them as well. If someone takes the time to write a response, we need to take the time to read them and rate them. Huggers to you Margieanne. Thanks for the great discussions you have posted.

I am having such a great time reading some of the posts to discussions I started earlier this week. Of course, as I read, I do rate, some do not rate a + or- or ! and so I do leave them unrated. I am trying to get caught up with my friends discussions, too.

Welcome to MyLot. It will get easier and eaiser. Post your questions, someone will always reply. If not right away, usually within a day or two. I am still get resposes from posts two months ago. There is a lot to learn, take your time. You'll get the hang of it. Be sure to rate people that post the question. There is a +-! near the name. + is for great - is for a yes, no, one word, or doesn't make sense, and a ! is to turn in non English, yes, no, or pasting/copying. You will be rated on your answers too. But, only one person gets a best response. So be sure to give it to the one that was the most helpful or answered pleasing to you. Email me if you need help. Good luck, have fun.

I do appreciate your suggestion for those who think only ratings and earnings. You are perfectly right in telling others that involving actively in discussions, you will not only have fun but enhance your knowledge. Keep it up!

I thought that reading and rating was really easy until I started to get so many more replies! *laugh* I am soo happy to get more replies like I am now, but I am trying to wait till a few come in before I go to the topic and rate them. I do fully intend to keep rating every one who responds, though! I really believe in keeping up that practice! It's only good manners, anyway! ^_^

Let's say you have too many. Like 1000 And you start this up. i mean i would be looking at my posts for the next 4 or 5 hours. Now i might start doing this... But i just think that this would be a waste of time, Mylot is to discuss with others ...

JellyBeans, if you start a discussion it is a courtesy for you to read the responses that people write to it. It is not a waste of time. If you do not want to read actively participate in the discussions you post, you should not post discussions.

As you can see I am new here as well, and even though I have read all the terms and faqs some of this is rather confusing. Yesterday I ended the day with 17 points and today I started off with 15 after making my first post. Then I noticed when I responded to someone who responded to my post my points dropped again, and I don't understand why.
How did you ever accumulate so many points in such a short time with this system. You also made the statement that you aren't making any money. Can you elaborate on that comment please and thank you for all your information. It is very helpful.

Welcome to MyLot. Yesterday was weird. Numbers were going back and forth. Must have been a glitch or MyLot fixing the program. I have made $202.73 so far. You won't get rich, but it's nice pocket change just for having fun.
Just post questions, and respond to other people. No yes and no's. Make a full statement. You will always get responses, some faster than others on your posts. Some months later. So always go back and forth to your posts and answer people, and vise versa. Always rate people too. + for good answer, - if it was a one word or didn't apply to your questions, ! if it is non English or a copy/paste. If you need help, just post it, or email me. Good luck and have fun. I hope I helped a little.

Thank you. Yes you did. It is very helpful to new members when more experienced members share their experiences in a program such as this.
If someone asks a question in any program that I belong to, I may refer them to the terms or the faqs, because they may not know that they are there, but if I can I will always answer their questions as to how a program works. To me this enhances communication and encourages others to participate. Knowing that you can rely on your fellow members to answer your questions is a source of comfort.
