I try to make hand crafted gifts especially when I have enought ime to do it but in most cases, I just buy at the store because I don't rally have time. I just try harder in my personal message.

I really enjoy making hand-made gifts for people to enjoy but over the years it seems like my gift is small and trivial compared to a much more expensive gift. Sometimes I beieve that the meaning is lost in the commercialism we see today along with the dollar signs that go along with manufactured and store-bought gifts.

Hi there, over here in the land of Oz, handcrafted items are going strong. There are still people out there who love to give handcrafted things as gifts or buy them for themselves, because they can see the person that has made them and know that they are made with love and attention to detail. I make jewellery, and sell online and at a market every sunday. I love dealing with joe public, its real fun for me! lol

I must say, I love hand made gifts because that lets me know that someone took time out to make something especially for "me". It makes me all warm inside.
