Another tip on posting quality discussions.

I have just got this idea off my thoughts. We need to produce quality posts. Not every one is able to just pen off some quality discussion posts as fast as they think. This is what I will do. I will write down all discussion topics which I feel has quality in my notebook or handheld pda. I titled it as MyLot Discussion Topics. In this way, I can at any time have a pool of topics to post discussions throughout my time at mylot. This way or organising also will enable me to write better articles for each topic. This is the idea I want to share with everyone of you. Now we can all see more quality posts and maximise our earnings.

You're very organised Creationhub! That's a good idea though, and it might help, as you say towards quality discussions, as some people seem to just want to copy somebody else's discussion, like "What came first, the chicken or the egg?" How many times have I seen that. I agree, it's a good idea to have a notepad with you, whatever you're doing, and as ideas come into your head, make a note of them. I like that. Thank you for sharing. :-)

Darkwing, your agreement with me that this is a good method warrants me to award you a best response. Even though you are the first. I think you fully understood my enthusiasm in organising. It is such a great way that I got so excited over it myself. I am glad you benefited from this idea too. I hope to read your posts too.

I found my "discussions I have responded to" and "discussions my friends have started" were getting too full. Since I am on a download limit, I have to be careful how many pages I open. I keep a notebook beside me, and in columns, I record a discussion I've replied to, the number of my response, and the number of the response where I'm taking part in a thread. That way I can return to that page before opening every page. I keep a separate page for special friends who post really good discussions, with the same information. I also keep a page for my own discussions. Yes, these are under their own heading in myLot, but I record the numbers of the responses I want to return to quickly. I am finding that my download limit is running out so quickly, that I can't get back to as many as I'd like to.

thanks for sharing the tips. i also do the same thing always. i generally write it down the topics i can think off at any given time. generally i use notepad for that. i use computer for atleast 10 to 14 hours. so it is easy to me to write those down in a notepad. and each day i pick some topic from them and try to elaborate with my thoughts.

Wow, I wish I have that kind of time to be even 10 hours in front of my computer. Still, 2 to 3 hours daily is good enough for me. All the time, new topics are whirling round and round my thoughts and this is really fun to me.

This is what I have been doing since I began here. I wanted good discussions that would attract good replies. So throughtout the day as things come to my mind I would say I am going to MYLOT that. It is now all the rave at my office. Everyone now says hey you should MYLOT that and lets see what they think. It is a cool thing and I enjoy mylotting thoughts.

I am even more excited that you share my idea too. I am going to Mylot my office one day too. It is a good idea from you. Really appreciate that. I remember once, I attended a motivational seminar. The speaker told me this and I never forget it at all. He said - always turn everything into an opportunity. If I were to turn my head left, right, up and down, it has opportunities all over.

I make it my responsibility to help mylot members in enhancing their earning skills in mylot. Not that I am an expert, but this is where teamwork will bring good news to every member. Remember : TEAMwork means Together Everyone Achieves More. I am not the only one with ideas. There are many out there too, and I have learnt from them too. There is a post by a member on tips and strategies to maximise your earnings in mylot. His username is sksouth. I printed out his post so that I can keep on reminding myself what are good methods.

This is a great idea. organizing topics for this site will also help you to creat articles for those sites that have more demanding requirements and yield a bit more cashola. I am sure many of us, who are building portfolios of wrting samples and published articles, use our short posts here as fodder for larger articles. KUDOS!

I like your idea. I too aspire to be an ebook writer one day. The idea of posting short discussions here to a yardstick for enhancing our writings later is great. I have not thought of this but what you say makes sense. This is indeed a new inspiration to me. Good response of yours and very much appreciated.

I love your idea! ^_^ I should start doing that myself. The problem is, so many topics have already been started here at Mylot that it seems like even the things that I would really like to talk about are sometimes duplicates of things that are already here. But I will keep trying to come up with new quality discussions to post! ^_^

your idea is a good one. I will do something as you do. So I can create some quality discussions and give some quality responses to the discussion...so we can learn a lot from the responses to our discussions, also we can make some money from our quality discussions and responses..

I am glad you see and understand my point. I am happy that so many people responded well to this tip. If it has really help many, then mylot will be a better place. By the way, I noticed that my past two days earnings have increased considerably even though I only post about 15 daily. I hope it is because the discussions I created as well as my responses to others are better standard.

Appreciate your positive response. I wish I could comment to every respond I received but time is not on my side. However, I will do my best to reply as many as possible. Given one to two months, I hope we find that the old members of mylot will be left with those who are serious not just to earn money but making this site a fun, interesting and informative one.

The problem I'm having here with a number of the people demanding quality discussions and quality answers is that they are not posting quality discussions. They are clever writers and they are posting well written versions of the very same survey questions that they criticize.
