dsmmsd the best things that you can do to start training for a 5k, are interval work, and weight lifting if you are transitioning from walking to running then the weight lifting work will help better prepare your muscles for the added stress that running will put on...

dsmmsd what are your goals? if your goals are to lose weight then cardio type exercise are probably the last type of thing you should be doing.. the reason being you will get an increase in cortisol, insulin which will cause you to store fat around your mid section....

dsmmsd you have to make ur id link your homepage... so that it can track your searches and stuff.. then your earnings will begin to show up... its actually really quick the amount of times it updates, and stuff
