My computer seems to be getting slower all the time. My friend defragmented it a couple months ago, but that didn't help. I'm wondering if it's a worm or virus, but I have McAffee. Any ways to fix this???

What I would do is start by clearing all your cookies, then do a disc cleanup, then do a defrag. Often this will clear all sorts of junk that you didnt even know was there, I would normally do this at least once a month to keep my machine running as smoothly aspossible, plus make sure you have run a recent spyware search, its amazing how much space those pesky critters take up and they can sneak in so easily these days.

1.delete all the cookies and also clear the history and files. 2.remove and cleanup the files.most will be unwanted files and hence occupy more space. 3.try to do spyware run. 4.if these doesn't work whenever you are on the net check the windows manager and kill the unwanted process manually.
