My daughter always wants to have eggs each meal. She would definitely don't eat if she shouldn't have egg. Im just curious how much nutrients she could get with egg. I know eggs are nutritious but too much of it, might not be good for her...what do think? Sometimes she wants it fry or boiled. I just can't get her off of eating eggs. I want your great words about eggs.

Check with your doctor as long as she doesn't have any health reasons not to be eating eggs, she should be ok. My son has High Cholesterol and I would be concerned. But I wouldn't think this wouldn't be true of every saturation's. See what your doctor thinks. :)

My 4 year old is the same, an egg everyday. It's fine, don't worry. Another way is give her tinned spaghetti with the egg on top, lots of good energy in that. Or, mix them in with mashed vegies or cook some pasta up, beat one egg with milk and fry it all together. You can also put cheese with it. If you are still concerned tell her in order to eat her eggs she has to have somthing else first like fruit or yoghurt or a sandwich.

Eggs make a valuable contribution to a healthy, balanced diet. Eggs provide protein, vitamin A, riboflavin, and other vitamins and minerals. The yolk contains all the fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol in an egg. Eggs are an excellent source of high-quality protein and are far less expensive than most other animal-protein foods. Although eggs contain a significant amount of cholesterol, they need not be excluded from the diet. Most people need not be concerned about eating eggs in moderation. Thanks friend for that information. It really stressed me when we have our meals because she would ask for an egg always.
