There are farm-grown watermelons which have green inside and green outside.It is available in Bangalore.

i love watermelon, specialy the yellow one those are awesome, i also like the seedless one, you just need to know how to pick them, otherwise, they are no good.

I'm scratching my head because I feel like a dummy. I didn't know there were many types of watermelons. I thought it was just that some had seeds and some didn't.

There are red and yellow watermelons. I grew up in Alabama, (now live in TN) and lived on a farm. We grew both kinds, but I love the yellow ones, they are so-o-oo sweet. Haven't found many in TN.

What is available in Bangalore is available in Hyderabad. There are very common melons of different types available which are used to make juices. Thnaks for your response.

well i like seedless watermelons, its easy to eat and you dont have to be careful with the seeds.

YOu are right. Seedless is easy to eat. Removing seeds take more time and it becomes testing of our patience.

My favorite type of watermelon is the seedless kind. I have to add a little bit of salt to mine too. it's wonderful.

I love water melons. It is god's gift here because the crop is well timed. During summer, the crop reaches market and if you keep it in refrigerator, the melons are so nice, sometimes I skip meals afte eating melons.

Can't say I even know the individual names, my Nan fed me alot of them when I round to see her as a child and I ate so many I became sick of the sight of them!
