Hi everyone...
Well lets admitt that most of us had discussions that ends up with a question... some would want to ask for advices regarding those certain issues with their life, or something that they need to do but needed a few feedbacks...
if so, do you really take them seriously? or at some point you've done their advices and put actions to it, or at least serves you as an inspiration later on...
thanks a bunch^_^

I would never post a personal issue or crisis in my life on MyLot, or on any open forum, for discussion and advice. I feel that my personal and family problems are just that- they are personal. I discuss these things with a handful of close people whom I trust. As far as general discussions about certain topics, such as relationship issues, adultery, child abuse, incest, etc. I would post and read the discussions in order to hear the opinions of others and to challenge my thoughts and beliefs. There is a big difference between discussing to become more open-minded and "airing your dirty laundry" in public.

ok.... well we really have to respect those people who prefer to talk their issues here, i guess at some point, it gives them inspiration over certain issues they were facing during those tough times, lets just hope that they're not making any issues just to make tons of responses in the end....
thanks for the response^_^

If it was a serious question I would think the advice over carefully before putting it in to action. It is responses to general topics that I do try or inspire me.

hi-ya, well if it's a serious issue like dealing with my sons special needs then I think all behavioural ideas are worth considering. Not that I would use them all.
I did suggest drift time to my sons teacher from one of my friends but don't know whether she will use it, I am allowing some drift at home to see, who knows some ideas are good or we wouldn't ask.

I cant say that I have really "Taken"advice from a mylot user. When i ask a question what I am really interested in is the discusion, the pros and cons to help me make up my own decision. I wont let anybody make my mind up for me.
And yes, many serves as inspiration for later. I found a good decorating tip on here I might try later.

I never have really asked for advice, but I have asked for views on certains topics in the world. While I get many responses and some I may not agree with, it allows me to open my mind up and think a little differently than I may have about a certain subject. That is what I love the most, is when I get a differing opinion on a tough subject. I also like hearing the viewpoints of others who support a certain cause, but have different reasons that I have not thought of at that time. I love hearing all the views of people, and I take them all seriously. Great question!

I think this is not a forum where you would find experts in each and every field. SO for wiser advice you should look forward to finding some other space. The persons in over here have different reasons. Even if they provide you with a solution or two, that might not be the best in the world and is only coming out of their experience or to a bigger extent from their imagination. So follow it, but don't take it much seriously!
