spreadingtheword MoraTraffic is a site that has paid out about $30,000 to their members and their is payment proof all over the place. I would check them out and payout is just $5 there, which is super easy to make.

spreadingtheword I have bought names from godaddy.com, namecheap.com, and yahoo.com. All have been fine for me and namecheap.com and yahoo.com are the cheapest right now.
