I love pineapple so much tat I never use it for anything,...I eat it like it is, just peeled, sliced and raw...the way it should be. But you coud use it wwith chicken to make a sweet and sour chicken and pineapple, you could make upside down pudding or cake with pineapple, or even pizza, or burgers, they are great with chicken burgers too!!! Enjoy!!!!!

Dump Cake
1 can crushed or chunked pineapple, drained
1 can cherry pie filling
1 whole stick butter or margarine, melted
1 small box Jiffy vanilla cake or plain bisquit mix.
Get a 9"x0" square baking pan and dd melted butter/margarine. Move pan about to cover all corners with it. Now "dump" the whole can of cherry pie filling and spead evenly, then the pineapple and do the same (not mix) on top of the filling. Last, sprinkle the dry cake/biscuit mix all over the top of the fruit and bake according to the Jiffy box directions. Enjoy warm or cool plain or with ice cream or whipped cream. Cover leftovers and keep refrigerated.

Pineapple is a big hit at our house. My favorite way of using pineapple is to add it into cherry salad.
Cherry Salad
1 large box Cherry Jello
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 medium can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 extra large container Cool Whip
Mix all of the ingredients together and enjoy! Refrigerate any unused salad.

I'm not awake yet either LOL. You will also need 1 large can of Cherry Pie Filling in the recipe. Sorry about that ;-)

i love pineapple. i used to be allergic to it as a kid though. now i love it since i don't get bumps on my tongue anymore. i love using pineapple for cakes when i am baking. i love the taste of it mixed in with the other ingredients. sometimes i will even crush some up with a bunch of other fruit.. and i will then make a shake out of this fruit. i also will sometimes make some pineapple muffins. if you haven't ever tried some i recommend looking up a recipe. they are very yummy served with butter!

Well this is actually a traditional Thai receipe if I am not wrong, but I actually like frying rice with seafood such as shrimps and small shell fish, together with lemongrass and other Thai spices. After which the fried rice is places in a pineapple bowl, which is half a pineapple with the flesh carved out.

I love to use the pineapple on my hams when i cook one it makes the ham have a sweet taste and it keeps it from drying out on the outside because i will pour the whole can over the ham and turn it ever so often till it gets done

I don't do anything too fancy with pineapple I love how juicy and tasty it is by itself but it is also quite good hot.
Sometimes for a snack I'll cut up an apple into chunks and then pour a can of pineapple pieces over the top. The 2 flavours go really well together.
Also pineapple with hamsteaks just compliment each other and taste delicious.
And pizza... I love pizza covered in pineapple - it doesn't have to have any other toppings for me - its so juicy and delicious.
Also I love burgers with pineapple. Yum!

I love using pineapples in this dish :
CHICKEN PINEAPPLE
1 lb. chicken, cut into small pieces
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
3-4 tablespoons of butter (vegetable oil can also be used as substitute)
1 can crushed pineapple (chunks can also be used)
1/2" slice fresh ginger, minced or grated
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup soy sauce (or according to taste)
Wash chicken. Place in a bowl. Combine crushed pineapple, ginger and soy sauce. Allow to marinate for 1 hour.
In a pan melt the butter (or oil) and sauté garlic and onion. Add chicken pieces and cover. When chicken is half cooked, add the marinade and bring to a boil over low heat. When chicken is tender and almost cooked, stir in the milk.

I use pineapples in many different ways. i make punch, juice, eat chunks with some other things added to it, barbeque it , and sometimes fry it alos and then serve with yoghurt.
i am giving you some, i wish you like them and can give it a try some fine day.
you can blend equal quantities of pineapple and a handful of mint leaves which are very fresh. serve them over crushed ice again with a sprig of mint over it.
you can fry pineapple chunks and caster sugar in a frying pan using butter ( a large piece of butter). then cover over medium heat , turning occasionally until the liquid reduces to a sauce and the pineapple is golden . now you can serve it with frozen vanilla yoghurt. it is really very tasty one.
about BBQ, you can do by taking pineapple slces and BBQ with cinnamon and ginger and serve with pork kebabs.
