How much weight can you lift.. let this be a discussion to brag about all those hard hours in the gym soo whats your bench, squat, clean, deadlift, curl whatever you wana talk about!! for me its as follows
bench - 410
squat - 550
clean - 275
deadlift - 600

I working on it. I weight 150lbs and got my bench up to 200lbs after 7 months of routine working out. I plan on hitting 225 in next few months with high intensity workouts.
