Is anyone out developing .Net software on a Quadcore box yet?

I have a single threaded VB.Net app that takes forever to run.
It speeds up about 30% on a dual core box with each CPU showing a 75% utilization while it's running.
I'm wondering if Microsoft is doing enough threading at the CLR level that I'd see any additional increase moving to a Quadcore machine.
