Where do you wear your watch, on your left or right wrist? What made you choose which wrist to put it on? Does it depend whether you're a lefty or right-handed person? It's just a curiousity for me because I wear mine on my left hand, and I'm a right handed person.

I wear my watch on my left wrist, and I am right handed. I was told when I was a child that I was supposed to wear it on the left wrist because of being right handed, so I did what I was told - so now it is very uncomfortable for me to have it on the right wrist. I think this practice is because a right handed person tends to use the right hand much more frequently than the left and the watch might get in the way otherwise.

i'm just basically trying to find out how many wear their watches on which wrist, the left or right.. i've seen more people wear theirs on the left wrist..
maybe because also of the position of the dial on the watch, if it has any. isn't it usually on the right side of the watch, so that to wear it on your left wrist it would be easier to dial using your right hand. unlike if you're wearing on your right wrist then you would have to either remove it to make adjustments or criss-cross over it with your left hand..

I wear mine on my left wrist but I am right handed. Though my husband who is left handed also wears his on his left wrist. So it could be that people just naturally wear their watches on their left wrist.
